T's & C's for Website Design and Development - Horsforth, Leeds

I like to keep things as simple as possible at JustMnM Solutions but there are important things that need to be mentioned to ensure piece of mind and any legalities, so I've laid out our terms and conditions below. Please read through these before paying for any of the services provided...


Prior to any commencement of work on a new website, logo design, domain purchase or other work or projects, payment is required in full unless otherwise advised further over the phone, in person or via email.

General advice and limited digital marketing support is offered free of charge (such generalities and limitations will be discussed and confirmed either over the phone, in person or via email).


A lot of work goes into the design and development of your new website to ensure that the end product meets your requirements and exceeds your expectations.

If any content, copy or other documentation is required to help me complete the website development, this will only be used for the sole purposes as laid out in your requirements and will not be shared with any other person or entity unless otherwise explicitly advised to do so by you.

It is common for clients to have a change of mind over certain aspects of the web design after it has been finalised and signed off. Generally, small additional changes can be made free of charge. However, if there is additional extensive work required, there will be an additional cost. Please note also that any additional changes required may push back any deadlines set and if completion of any work is required within a shortened time-frame, there may be an additional cost for this as well. All of which can be discussed further either over the phone, in person or via email.


If a new logo design is required as part of a new website package, this will need to be completed prior to starting any design work for the website. Much like the website design, changes can be made if you're not happy with the final product. However, if after you have signed off on the design, you have had a change of heart and wish to make additional changes, small amendments can be made free of charge.

If more extensive changes are required, there may e additional cost and could potentially push back completion date/time.

The cost for a new logo design if not part of a new website package, is £75 and payment is required prior to me starting any draft/design work.


Social media management and support is worked out on a subscription basis, as a rolling, month-to-month contract, at a cost of £75 per month, is required before the end of the month to cover work for the following month (for example, any work required for September 2022, payment for this would need to be made by the end of August 2022).

This service can be cancelled at any time, with no cancellation fees.


When registering a new domain for the first time, a payment of £40 is required. This will need to be paid anytime before a new website goes live. Domain registration works on a 12-monthly basis and payment for the following year and each consecutive year thereafter, before the domain is due for renewal at month 12 the current year. If payment is not received, the domain may expire and become available to purchase by someone else. New website packages will include a free domain and free hosting for the first year.


FOR WEBSITE AND LOGO DESIGNS - If in the event that you change your mind and no longer wish to go ahead with a new website or logo before work has commenced on either of these, you will be eligible for a refund of all funds paid to JustMnM Solutions Ltd.

However, if in the event that you change your mind and no longer wish to go ahead with a new website or logo after work has commenced, you will not be eligible for a refund.

FOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT - As this is a monthly subscription based service, refunds will not be availble. However, any refunds provided are upto the discretion of the business owner. Please contact JustMnM Solutions via phone or email if you wish to get a refund, explaining your reason(s) why.

FOR REGISTERING DOMAINS - When a domain is purchased/registered to you (as the new owner of the domain), the domain is renewed on an annual basis. Once payment has been made for this, it will not be possible to provide any refunds.


When payment has been made for any services provided by JustMnM Solutions, you agree to these terms.
